Established in 1975 Tropical painting and Decorating is locally owned and operated. We directly supervise each of Tropical Painting’s crews and spend the majority of our time on site working directly with them to ensure the quality of each and every project. The high standards and rigorous quality control allows Tropical Painting to offer a guarantee on the workmanship of their work.
Tropical Painting moved to Florida in 1987, and has built a solid reputation in the community for unparalleled quality, value, and customer service. With 36 years of local experience, we understand the challenges of painting exteriors that will be subjected to the intense heat and sun, as well as the humidity and storms of the rainy season. Our primary concern is providing the most professional painting services at competitive rates.
We take pride in staffing our company with dependable employees that will “go the extra mile” to satisfy our clients needs. We are licensed, bonded and insured, of course, but we also do a thorough background check on each employee prior to hiring to ensure that the people working in and around your home or business are honest and reliable.
As any legitimate contractor, and for your protection, we have been a member of the licensing board for the 22 years we have operated in Florida and proudly hold License # 8165. The quality of our painting services are recognized throughout the local painting industry, and we encourage you to ask your local paint distributor, such as Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore, about us, read our reviews online, check out our “A” rating on the Better Business Bureau website, or just ask your local friends or family; chances are we’ve done some work for someone you know.
